Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your online order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation number. If you don't receive this confirmation, reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at support@nodwest.com with the subject "Order Verification."

Payment Troubleshooting

If your payment fails or remains pending, contact us at support@ nodwest.com with "Failed Payment." Provide details and attach a screenshot if possible.

Payment Failure Solutions

Unable to retry payment or haven't received a failure email? Email us at support@ nodwest.com with "Payment Pending" for a new payment attempt.

Order Status Inquiries

For unresolved order statuses after 24 hours, request payment verification or a new order confirmation by emailing support@ nodwest.com with "Order Status Inquiry."

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we can't make further changes. Please review your order carefully before checkout. We can't replace or refund parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an email with a Tracking Number for your parcel within 72 hours. Await this update once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. and Canada: 8 – 25 working days
  • Europe and U.K: 15 – 30 working days

Delivery Notes

During sale periods, holidays, or extreme weather, delivery times may extend. Orders aren't processed on public holidays.
